Job Description
- Drive growth in South Asia by proactively identifying and closing new business opportunities across aviation and rail OEM, refurbishment, and repair markets.
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end from lead generation and client presentations to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Act as a true hunter by targeting and acquiring new accounts in a competitive, high-opportunity region.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders to establish long-term strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute a clear territory growth strategy, aligning business goals with customer needs to maximize market share.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (engineering, operations, customer service) to ensure flawless delivery and sustained customer satisfaction.
- Represent the brand with impact at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings throughout the region.
- Maintain a strong, data-driven sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts, timely updates, and strategic insights to management.
- Report regularly on performance metrics, market feedback, and pipeline health to drive transparency and informed decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
- Self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business in technical or industrial markets.
- 5 years of outside sales experience including 2 years in international markets, ideally with exposure to South Asia, especially India.
- Skilled in building relationships at all levels and have the strategic mindset to develop long-term growth plans while achieving short-term results.
- Experience in the aviation, rail, or industrial manufacturing sectors along with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
