With extensive experience in design, supply, installation, and maintenance, it undertakes large-scale public and private projects, partnering closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with international safety standards while optimizing building performance and occupant comfort.

The Job
  • Identify, develop, and drive the performance of new distributors to expand market reach.
  • Support and facilitate product knowledge training for new distributors and customers.
  • Review and update sales performance reports in collaboration with distributors.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and ad-hoc requests.
  • Provide technical advice and support to distributors, architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to address sales and service matters.
  • Prepare costings, quotations, and tender submissions, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while identifying and developing new business.
  • Ensure all quotation activities are updated accurately in line with departmental processes.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and focus on must-win opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand customer business needs and deliver comprehensive solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth through customer engagement, new product applications, and market expansion.
The Talent
  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical fitments with ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of ACMV, M&E, or smoke control systems will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with architectural façade or skylight works is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in customer-facing interactions.
  • Driven to deliver good customer service and achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Possess own vehicle preferably.
