JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth across CRIF’s Solutions and Analytics portfolio.
  • Managing Teams in the Philippines and Indonesia, Individual Contributor in Singapore and Malaysia
  • Will be responsible for leading and developing high‑performing sales teams in the Philippines and Indonesia, as well as directly driving sales efforts as an individual contributor in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • This role requires a dynamic leader who combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, ensuring business growth and operational excellence across diverse markets.
TEAM LEADERSHIP (PHILIPPINES & INDONESIA)
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales teams to consistently exceed targets.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, performance feedback, and developmental support.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and maintain high standards of accountability.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR (SINGAPORE & MALAYSIA)
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate key client relationships.
  • Execute the sales cycle from prospecting to closing independently.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
REGIONAL STRATEGY & COORDINATION
  • Formulate region‑specific sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform tactical decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for management review.
BUSINESS IMPACT & ACCOUNTABILITY
  • Ensure all sales processes and activities adhere to compliance and quality standards.
  • Proactively address challenges that may affect business performance across teams and markets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in a regional or senior leadership role
  • Proven track record in Banking, Utilities, or Telecommunications, preferably in data, analytics, or technology solutions
  • Experience leading multi-country sales teams in Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia preferred)
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to recruit, coach, and develop high‑performing teams
  • Hands‑on sales leader capable of managing the full sales cycle as an individual contributor
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and market assessment capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
