We’re supporting an established MNC in seeking a Regional Channel Leader to take ownership of distributor partnerships and execute impactful commercial strategies. This is a pivotal mid-level leadership role ideal for someone with regional experience and a strong grasp of channel dynamics in healthcare.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage distributor performance, POS execution, inventory optimization, and compliance across the region.
  • Expand coverage, rationalize channel partners, and support sell-in/sell-out growth via tailored incentive programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, education, and commercial excellence teams to enable partner success.
  • Drive digital enablement and support eCommerce transformation in the channel.
  • Analyze market trends, manage forecasts, and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate standards, ethics, and strategic goals.
