Regional Sales & Business Development Executive (Travel Required) - 5 Days
Locations: East
Required to travel to Indonesia/Hong Kong/China for business trips 1 to 2 times per month, typically 3 to 5 days per trip.
Travel Allowance: $50 per day, inclusive of travel insurance.
Flight tickets, accommodation, and local transport (e.g., taxi/Grab fares) are fully claimable.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Headquarters and regional operations teams to ensure clear and timely communication on project updates, decisions, and deliverables
- Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and marketing teams to support smooth execution of business activities across the region
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and supporting account acquisition to grow revenue in the APAC region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for sales strategies and business planning
- Support inventory tracking and project coordination, ensuring product availability aligns with project schedules and delivery timelines
- Assist in monitoring sales performance, project progress, and customer service standards, escalating issues where necessary to management
- Ensure regional activities comply with company standards and policies (pricing, branding, SOPs)
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales figures, inventory status, client feedback, and project updates to HQ
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to recommend process improvements and support performance tracking
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, distributor management, or operations management
- Experience in construction, building materials, or related industries is a plus but not mandatory
- Prior overseas or regional experience within APAC is preferred
- Mandarin, Cantonese, or Bahasa Indonesia speaking preferred, as this role requires communication with clients in these languages.
