Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and external audits for suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- Support customer audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain and manage quality management system documentation.
- Participate in management reviews and report key performance indicators.
- Organize and conduct training for staff on quality processes.
- Monitor and manage customer-specific requirements and scorecards.
- Support product change notifications and PPAP documentation.
- Handle critical quality issues, claims, and escalation management.
- Coordinate problem-solving activities and provide improvement action plans.
- Maintain databases related to quality and product compliance.
