Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, PM, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in real estate project management.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex portfolios.
• Strong Mandarin and English communication (written and verbal).
• Familiar with enterprise clients and international-standard projects preferred.
• Experience with project management tools and design software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple real estate projects across portfolios.
• Serve as the central contact between clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to convey updates and risks.
• Monitor progress, timelines, and budgets across the portfolio.
• Ensure consistent communication and reporting to enterprise clients.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
• Support procurement strategies and contract management as needed.
• Facilitate project reviews, documentation, and handover processes.
