Responsibilities
  • Drive regional execution of B2B marketing initiatives and adapt content for local markets
  • Partner with sales offices and regional teams to implement industry-specific go-to-market plans
  • Support reseller training, partner enablement, and solution integration
  • Conduct product testing to identify strengths, gaps, and unique selling points, and translate insights into customer-facing content for retail and eCommerce
  • Collaborate with sales offices to localize promotions and sales materials
  • Apply eCommerce experience to enhance product sales and online presence
  • Contribute to sales performance and inventory planning by aligning product positioning, forecasting demand, and ensuring supply readiness to meet marketing and business goals
  • Coordinate test marketing initiatives, loyalty programs, CRM-driven campaigns, and post-purchase strategies
  • Gather and consolidate regional insights on customer engagement and loyalty effectiveness
  • Ensure alignment with HQ strategies (Connect and Halo) to deliver consistent customer experiences
  • Serve as the main contact point for product marketing between HQ and 10 Asia-Pacific sales offices
  • Build strong relationships with local sales and marketing teams to address market needs with tailored solutions
  • Compile, analyze, and report regional insights and performance data
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • [Must] 8 years of relevant experience in product marketing or segment marketing in the copier, printer, or office solutions industry
  • Regional exposure managing multi-country stakeholders in Southeast Asia or East Asia is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing models
  • Experience with loyalty/CRM-based marketing
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with product testing, positioning, and feedback integration
