Regional Product Marketing Manager (Asia / Office Equipment / Printer / MNC)

Salary: up to $7k + Quarterly incentive + AWS + VB

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm (with hybrid work arrangement)

Job Purpose

Hands‑on marketing leader to drive product marketing strategies across Asia for both B2B and B2C markets. Work closely with HQ and sales offices across the region to strengthen product positioning, build strong go‑to‑market plans, and ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
1. B2B & B2C Product Marketing

Lead regional execution of B2B marketing campaigns and localize marketing content for different markets.

Partner with sales offices and regional teams to roll out industry‑specific go‑to‑market (GTM) plans.

Support reseller training and partner enablement for solution integration.

Conduct product testing to identify strengths, gaps, and unique selling points.

Turn insights into customer‑focused marketing materials for retail and eCommerce channels.

Adapt sales and promotional materials to suit local market needs.

Support eCommerce growth and sales planning through strategic product positioning, demand forecasting, and inventory alignment.

2. Loyalty Marketing

Manage test marketing and CRM‑based loyalty programs to improve customer retention.

Gather and share insights across the region on campaign effectiveness.

Align loyalty initiatives with HQ strategies for consistent customer engagement.

3. Regional Collaboration

Serve as the main link between HQ and 10 Asia‑Pacific sales offices for product marketing matters.

Build strong relationships with local teams to understand market needs and provide marketing support.

Compile and analyze regional data and feedback for reporting and planning.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or related field.

At least 10 years of experience in product or segment marketing, preferably in copier, printer, or office solutions.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing models and experience in CRM/loyalty marketing.

Proven experience managing multi‑country stakeholders in Southeast or East Asia.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects across markets.

Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or system integrators in Asia.

Familiarity with print solution software is advantage.
