Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Regional Operations & Strategy Intern for Content & Creator under the Marketing department. This internship focuses on growth projects, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration across regional and local teams.

As part of the Content & Creator team, you will support campaigns, track key metrics, and help optimise programs that drive demand, engagement and profitability across markets in Asia and Brazil.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related field or has relevant internship experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work well in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent time and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end growth and optimisation initiatives to improve commercial, traffic and cost metrics.
• Assist with regular reporting, data analysis and visualization; identify key issues and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with local and regional stakeholders to consolidate data and assets as needed.
