Job summary

A leading regional food service company seeks a Regional Operations Manager to oversee Singapore outlets and support growth into Malaysia and Indonesia. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, vendor relations, and ensuring food safety compliance. Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration, at least one year of relevant experience, strong culinary skills, and proficiency in managing operational standards. Language fluency in English, Mandarin/Chinese, Malay, and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 1 year experience in F&B/QSR operations management.
• Demonstrated ability in QSR kitchen operations supervision.
• Possess WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 and Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations for Singapore outlets.
• Drive outlet KPIs and manage vendor/supplier relationships.
• Engage confidently with senior Directors and internal stakeholders.
