Job summary

Fresh is seeking a Marketing Operations Intern (Regional) in Singapore. You will support day-to-day regional marketing operations and creative work, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to drive campaigns and brand objectives.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across campaign planning, design and eCommerce, contributing to regional launches and market insights while growing in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in marketing operations and creative design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital assets and content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Support regional marketing projects from ideation to delivery, coordinating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with trade operations and Sephora launches, including item forms and on-site assets.
• Design and adapt regional creatives and marketing collaterals for campaigns.
• Create creatives for online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada).
• Consolidate post-mortem reporting, analyze market trends and competitive activity.
