Job Details

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Regional ASEAN Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives (campaigns, events, programs) across Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. This role is responsible for driving awareness, demand generation, and channel partner engagement for Server and Client marketing, working closely with target customers, OEMs, Microsoft, distributors, and channel partners.

The ideal candidate will also play a key role in strengthening ASEAN channel ecosystem enablement and partner activation through tailored co-marketing, incentive, and enablement programs. A proactive marketer with strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns across markets will thrive in this role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns across assigned countries for customer target accounts and channel partners.
  • Coordinate regional and local marketing activities, ensuring alignment with regional marketing guidelines and business priorities.
  • Manage and track demand generation initiatives including lead generation, events, and digital campaigns in collaboration with agencies and partners.
  • Develop and maintain a regional marketing calendar, tracking program milestones, ROI (MQLs, SALs), and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing, Country Sales Leads, Regional Sales Lead, and Agency Partners to drive integrated go-to-market execution.
  • Build strong working relationships across internal and external stakeholders to enhance communication, visibility, and accountability in campaign execution.
  • Drive company-led channel marketing programs and support partner-led joint initiatives (e.g., digital, lead gen, and reseller activation).
  • Create and maintain a Channel Partner Toolkit to communicate campaign ideas, available assets, and deployment timelines.
  • Facilitate and attend regular product training sessions for sales and marketing teams at key partner locations.
  • Support sales incentive programs where applicable to drive engagement and performance.
  • Track and report partner performance metrics (e.g., leads, deal registrations, engagement rates) to measure the success of channel campaigns.
  • Gather and analyze sell-in/sell-out data, providing insights to inform marketing strategy and partner engagement.
  • Monitor and prepare reports of completed marketing campaign outcomes and ROI across ASEAN markets.
  • Support logistics and on-ground execution for industry events, partner floor days, and customer activities.
