Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Regional Assistant Marketing Manager to help develop regional marketing plans and coordinate activities across multiple countries.

You will track campaigns, support product launches, and manage promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency across markets. You will also assist with social media content, digital campaigns, and engagement with architects, designers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing regional marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate marketing activities across different countries and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Track marketing activities, timelines and results.
• Support the positioning and promotion of decorative laminates, new collections, colours, textures and specialty finishes.
• Coordinate the development of catalogues, sample folders, display boards, brochures and other marketing materials.
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across regional markets.
• Coordinate participation in international and regional exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches and seminars.
• Assist with booth concepts, displays, product selection, logistics, promotional materials and event schedules.
• Coordinate with exhibition organizers, contractors, agencies and country teams.
• Follow up on leads and prepare post-event reports.
• Support engagement programs with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers and other specification professionals.
• Organize product presentations, workshops, networking events and collaborations.
• Assist sales teams with product specification initiatives and presentation materials.
• Coordinate regional social media content and digital campaigns.
• Work with agencies and internal teams on content creation, product photography, videos, newsletters and online promotions.
• Monitor competitor products, design, pricing, exhibitions, campaigns and market activities.
