Job summary

SecureAge Technology PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive marketing assistant to support content creation and campaigns in Singapore and the region, working closely with the Sales and Product teams to promote our products and services.

You will develop brochures, infographics, banners and presentations, manage our LinkedIn presence, and ensure consistent brand usage across online and offline channels. Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Creative with design sense and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Able to edit and update the company website using WordPress.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Facebook and Mailchimp for campaign work.
• Familiar with Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator as an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing content and materials for products and services.
• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage SecureAge’s LinkedIn presence and publish content regularly.
• Ensure consistent brand usage across all channels.
• Keep website and marketing materials up to date.
• Follow up on leads from campaigns and events.
• Monitor marketing activities and report progress to management.
• Plan and support SecureAge’s participation in events and exhibitions.
• Identify opportunities for exhibitions, conferences and partner events.
