About the Role

We are seeking a Regional IT Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our key enterprise systems — including MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), OA (Office Automation), HR, and reporting platforms — across our overseas operations.

This is a pivotal role in supporting our growing APAC presence, with the potential to expand your impact globally. You’ll work closely with international teams to build systems that enhance productivity, stability, and efficiency across our manufacturing and business units.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Design, implement, test, and maintain MES, OA, and HR systems across international business units.
  • Lead or contribute to system architecture planning and propose continuous improvements.
  • Develop customized reporting tools to support various departments in optimizing workflows.
  • Gather user requirements and feedback regularly to refine existing systems.
  • Prepare technical documentation including requirement specs, user manuals, and function designs.
  • Monitor system health, diagnose and resolve performance issues in collaboration with cross-border teams.
  • Provide on-site or remote support to ensure constant stability of MES and related systems.
  • Support production teams by solving real-time system or process issues affecting the manufacturing line.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business priorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT system development, support, or integration.
  • Proficient in database development and management (e.g., SQL).
  • Familiarity with discrete manufacturing processes and systems like MES, ERP, or EAP.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous as the role involves collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-border environment.
  • Willing to travel based on business needs.
  • (Preferred) Experience in the smart metering or energy sectors.
