Qualifications

• Previous HR experience working within North Asia (China/HK/Taiwan/Japan/Korea).
• 6+ years’ experience as a Generalist/Associate HRBP.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a multinational company.

Responsibilities

• Provide HRBP support to the business in North Asia.
• Partner with HR COEs to develop and improve HR processes.
• Manage employee life cycle tasks and ensure compliance with local legislation.
