Job summary

Advance Intelligence Group in Singapore is seeking a hands-on People Partner to own the full lifecycle across APAC, combining advisory with execution across hiring, onboarding, performance, rewards, and employee relations.

You will support a fast-moving technology environment, operating in a 0-1 setting where structures are still forming, shaping foundations while solving immediate business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a broad People Partner across the full lifecycle.
• Experience in fast-paced technology/fintech such as blockchain or digital assets.
• Comfort operating in a 0-1 environment with evolving structures and playbooks.
• Strong stakeholder management across APAC.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Rewards is a plus.

Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on People Partner to independently own the full People lifecycle across APAC, combining business advisory with day-to-day execution across hiring, onboarding, performance, rewards, employee relations and exits.

You’ll support a fast-moving technology environment spanning areas such as blockchain, digital asset infrastructure, decentralised technology, payments, trading platforms, brokerage and other platform-based technology businesses. Success requires sound judgement and the ability to navigate a dynamic, regulated and rapidly evolving industry landscape.

You must be comfortable operating in a 0-1 environment, where structures, policies and processes are still taking shape. You’ll help build these foundations while supporting day-to-day business needs, bringing clarity to ambiguity and turning evolving priorities into practical action.

What You’ll Do

• Proven experience in a broad People Partner role, with ownership across the full People lifecycle.
• Experience in fast-paced technology or fintech businesses, particularly blockchain, digital asset infrastructure or decentralised technology; exposure to payments, trading platforms, brokerage or other platform businesses is also relevant.
• Ability to operate as the primary People contact, owning both advisory and administrative work from start to finish.
• Ability to thrive in a lean, 0-1 environment, working effectively without established structures or playbooks and balancing immediate business needs with foundations for future growth.
• Resourcefulness to navigate uncharted situations, make sound decisions and drive work forward with minimal guidance, while recognising when specialist input or escalation is needed.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and familiarity with employment practices across APAC.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Rewards is a plus, including specialist hiring, compensation benchmarking, incentive design or equity programmes.
• Confidence using people data and practical interest in AI-enabled People delivery.
