Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Regional HR Specialist (Compensation and Benefits).
Responsibilities
- Define and execute an enterprise-wide performance management framework, including structure and evaluation standards.
- Establish goal-setting criteria that align individual objectives with overall business priorities.
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback to facilitate regular performance discussions.
- Lead the development and ongoing improvement of fair and consistent performance evaluation processes and governance tools.
- Support the formulation of a global total rewards strategy, including policies and governance.
- Guide pay practices that align with market trends based on geographical considerations.
- Define global role structures and progression criteria to ensure clarity within job hierarchy.
- Assist in designing variable pay programs and recognition frameworks that motivate employees.
- Oversee the alignment of global benefit design with local adaptations, ensuring compliance with fairness standards.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of data within global HR systems and provide insightful talent-related reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Additional advanced degrees or professional certifications in HR or compensation disciplines are advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, compensation, benefits, or related HR areas.
- Regional or global experience is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of performance management practices and tools.
- Familiarity with compensation structures, job architecture, and benefits design.
- Experience with HRIS, compensation platforms, and performance management systems.
- Excellent communication and policy development skills with foundational data analysis capabilities.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships across various teams and functions.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables and outcomes.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and business needs, with a structured approach to complex processes.
- Detail-oriented, maintaining accuracy and consistency in managing documentation and frameworks.
