A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is looking for a Regional HR Project Manager to oversee HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in regional HR operations and a strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration. Responsibilities include collaborating on HR projects, preparing reports, and enhancing project outcomes. A bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration is required.

Regional HR Projects

  • Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager and cross‑functional project teams to deliver key milestones on time and within budget
  • Plan, research, and execute regional HR projects, ensuring deliverables are clearly defined and progress is effectively communicated to stakeholders
  • Partner with regional management, HR leaders, and external partners to enhance project outcomes and ensure successful implementation
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports for management review
  • Manage project logistics, meetings, and documentation
  • Support the Regional HR Manager in ad‑hoc regional or global HR initiatives as assigned
Project Scope May Include:
  • Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
  • Talent Management
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Performance Management
Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in regional HR operations, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in compensation practices.
  • Proven experience in project management, with hands‑on execution responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in a multicultural or regional environment is an advantage.
