We are partnering with a leading multinational company (MNC) and look for an experienced HRIS Manager to join their Singapore team. The organization is well-established in its sector and has a strong regional presence across Asia.

This role will play a key part in enhancing their HR systems landscape, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, while leading a small HRIS team and working with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Job Description
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations and optimization of the HRIS platform (SuccessFactors) across multiple modules (Employee Central, Performance Management).
  • Lead a small team (1 member) and provide guidance, coaching, and performance support.
  • Partner with regional HR teams and global IT to drive system improvements, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities. Support HR digital transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, process automation, and user adoption.
  • Maintain system documentation and SOPs, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards and internal audit requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of HRIS experience, with hands‑on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (strongly preferred).
  • 3-5 years of people management experience (team leadership or supervisory level).
  • Proven experience working in an MNC environment, with regional exposure across APAC or Southeast Asia.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive in solving complex system issues.
