Job description

Headquartered in Singapore with operations across ASEAN, we are seeking a hands-on and resourceful Regional HR Manager to lead the HR and administrative functions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage full spectrum of regional HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and training & development.
  • Manage the regional monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and hands-on calculation of incentives, reimbursement claims etc.
  • Carry out application, issuance, and cancellation of work passes in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the company adheres to ASEAN labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Engage and work with the management to align/harmonise policies and practices for consistent implementation across the board.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution and disciplinary matters in a fair and compliant manner.
  • Mentor and support the Regional local admin, fostering capability development and improving overall performance.
  • Coordinate and support the planning of travel arrangement, employee events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Review and benchmark salary structures and benefits packages.
  • Provide HR advisory support to management and employees on all HR-related matters.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality under the PDPA.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by the business.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Hands-on, people-oriented, and tech-savvy in HRIS (LinkedIn Recruiter, BIPO & Infotech) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Able to travel to the regional offices on a quarterly basis.
