Regional HR Executive (Compensation & Benefits | MNC)

Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation & Benefits Analyst with strong payroll processing experience. Incumbent will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs while ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for country/region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Prepare payroll reports and support audits or internal reviews as needed.
  • Assist in annual salary review processes, bonus calculations, and incentive programs.
  • Maintain accurate C&B data in HR systems and prepare related reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on compensation planning, budgeting, and policy development.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to C&B.
  • Support other C&B initiatives and projects, where necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and payroll practices in Singapore.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong stakeholder management, able to work independently, pro-active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with practical experience.
  • Good understanding of compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and payroll compliance.
  • At least 5 years of Compensation & Benefits with hands‑on payroll experience, with multinational or regional experience preferred.
