Job summary

A leading consulting firm based in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to develop and execute the APAC HR strategy. Responsibilities include leading regional HR teams, driving talent management processes, and ensuring consistent HR policies across multiple countries. Ideal candidates will have a degree in HR or business, at least 10 years of HR experience, and prior experience in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the APAC HR strategy aligned with global priorities and regional business goals
  • Lead and coach regional HR teams across multiple countries
  • Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and capability development
  • Drive regional talent management processes including succession planning, high-potential development, and leadership pipelines
  • Oversee regional compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and change initiatives across diverse markets
  • Ensure consistent HR policies, processes, and systems across APAC
  • Drive HR operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR
  • Prior Regional Manufacturing Industry experience
