Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior HR Admin to oversee full-cycle HR functions, including regional recruitment and payroll administration. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and be well-versed in MOM regulations and performance appraisal systems. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to regional hiring.
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations and hands-on experience with Work Pass applications.
  • Experience in manual appraisal systems and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle regional recruitment, including sourcing and onboarding.
  • Maintain company’s performance appraisal system and ensure compliance.
  • Handle payroll administration including processing and statutory contributions.
  • Provide personal assistant support to management and office administration.
  • Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
