Your Adventure Ahead
- Lead & Elevate: Drive and execute the overarching digital and mobile marketing strategy across the company's ecosystem, ensuring we dominate in acquisition, retention, and engagement. Lead a centralized team of performance marketers to deliver business impact in 12 markets.
- Transform & Disrupt: Reimagine how we approach media buying, attribution, and growth marketing, challenging conventional thinking to optimize for impact.
- Martech Automation: Implement and drive marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce, Braze) to streamline campaigns, enhance personalization, and improve customer journey. Work closely with our product and engineering teams to build scalable, tech-driven marketing solutions that power our user growth.
- Own the Numbers: Drive performance-led media strategies with a laser focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, and sustainable unit economics.
- Orchestrate Change: Navigate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, influencing with data, insight, and a clear vision.
- Shape the Future: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, ensuring ShopBack remains at the forefront of mobile-first marketing and digital innovation.
Essentials to Succeed
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or mobile growth, preferably in a fast-growing tech, e-commerce, or startup environment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success managing marketing budgets across paid search, paid social, and app install campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) to drive user growth.
- MarTech Domain: Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, with implementation ownership.
- AI Adoption: Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
- Leadership: Experience leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and innovation.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
