Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Talent Consulting capacity.
  • Comprehensive end-to-end learning experience from design to delivery.

Overview

Frazer Jones is delighted to partner exclusively with a global leader in the FMCG sector to appoint their Regional Head of Learning & Development. This prominent organisation boasts a global presence and a strong commitment to sustainability and equal opportunities.

Responsibilities

Shape and deliver the Regional Learning agenda across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with the global strategy.

Foster a positive learning culture, collaborating closely with HR colleagues and business leaders.

Represent the region in defining the group learning strategy, establishing a long‑term learning agenda across the APAC region, including China.

Build robust relationships with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to identify learning needs at all organisational levels, including leadership development and coaching.

Qualifications

A minimum of 15 years of experience in Learning & Development or Leadership Development, with proven team leadership experience in an in‑house environment.

Experience in a Talent Consulting capacity is also essential.

Comprehensive end‑to‑end learning experience, from design to delivery, and expertise in both facilitation and digital learning.

Strong stakeholder management skills and familiarity with working in a matrix environment, collaborating across locations.
