The Company

Our client is a leading FMCG MNC with over 1000 employees and global presence. Singapore serves as their Asia regional hub with a stable and competent finance team in the business and they have a great international and dynamic culture. With business expansion needs, they are hiring for a Regional Head of Finance to oversee the growth plans for the Asia market and support business partnering activities with international stakeholders.

The Role

Reporting to Finance VP based in HQ, you will play a team leadership role and be highly involved in preparing the country-level budgeting and forecasting results for the business unit under your care. You will also drive the commercial pricing strategy, negotiate trade terms and conduct go-to-market competitor analysis. You will act as a strong finance business partner to work closely with regional sales and marketing leaders, operational leaders on commercial activities to drive business impact decisions. Lastly, you will collaborate with commercial leaders on ad-hoc projects for process improvement.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in FP&A
• Highly preferred candidates from FMCG/Retail/F&B sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & SAP.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills to liaise with international stakeholders.
