Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. represents a client in the West Singapore region seeking a Group Finance Manager to drive transformation projects.

This role leads monthly closes, consolidation, IFRS/SFRS compliance, and controls, partnering with business leaders to support strategic decisions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with a CPA/CA/ACCA and 8–10 years in finance, including group consolidation and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
Professional qualification (CPA/CA/ACCA) preferred.
8–10 years progressive finance experience.
Experience in group consolidation and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead the group’s monthly financial closing and ensure timely management and statutory reporting.
Oversee group consolidation and ensure IFRS/SFRS compliance and group policies.
Review complex accounting matters, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements.
Maintain strong financial controls and data integrity.
Support budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, and audits.
Develop and maintain finance policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit findings.
Monitor financial risks and support enterprise risk management initiatives.
Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
Monitor banking facilities, loan repayments, FX exposure, and covenants.
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
