The GM for APAC is responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of the business. The GM must possess excellent commercial acumen & business transformation abilities to expand market share in core industries as well as grow in new markets. The incumbent needs to be “forward thinking,” while equally engaged operationally in a manner that helps the team build and accomplish its goals and develop the next generation of leaders.
Reporting to Global President, Projects and Automated Solution business, provides overall leadership to APAC Region including P&L ownership, and operations management of projects and project teams consisting of program managers, project managers, and Engineers.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of fifteen years of progressive experience in commercial management (“commercial” is defined as strategy, sales, marketing, pricing business development, and general manager (P&L responsibility) experience.
