Job summary

PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Singapore and the Philippines.

The role includes preparing management reports, KPI analyses, and detailed variance analyses to support decisions and growth strategies. You will partner with Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and HR to drive performance, assess investments, and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.
• Experience supporting multi-country or regional operations.
• Experience in hospitality, aviation, travel retail, airport services, retail, or service industries is advantageous.
• Prior finance business partnering experience is preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for Singapore and Philippines.
• Prepare, consolidate, and review financial forecasts and business plans.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decisions.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast targets.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability trends across units and locations.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Marketing, HR to improve performance.
• Support pricing reviews, cost optimizations, and investment decisions.
• Assist in business case evaluations for new projects and capex.
• Participate in business review meetings with country leadership.
• Monitor and report key financial and operational KPIs.
• Support revenue growth, productivity, and profitability targets.
• Analyze labor costs, Opex, sales performance, and efficiency metrics.
• Drive accountability through performance tracking and actionable recommendations.
• Improve reporting efficiency via automation and dashboards.
• Enhance data integrity and reporting processes across the region.
• Support ERP, BI, and reporting systems implementation and optimization.
• Identify opportunities to streamline planning and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with Group FP&A, Country Finance Teams, and SSCs.
• Ensure consistency in reporting standards and methodologies.
• Support regional finance projects and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare analyses for new outlet openings, investment proposals, tenders, and strategic projects.
• Support management presentations and business reviews.
• Perform other ad-hoc financial analyses as assigned.
