Job summary

Monee is seeking a capable FP&A professional to join the Sea HQ Finance team. You will collaborate with country finance teams on month-end closing, perform regional financial analyses, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting and 3+ years of relevant experience. Strong Excel skills are essential; SQL/PowerBI are advantageous as the team drives data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant full-time experience in finance roles.
• Big 4 experience would be a plus.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Passionate about finance and challenging the status quo.
• Ability to communicate across levels and build relationships.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel; SQL and PowerBI knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with country finance teams on month-end closing and data accuracy.
• Analyze financial performance of Monee and regional operations.
• Involved in FP&A objectives, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Identify issues and collaborate with stakeholders on system projects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
