Job summary

Accor is seeking a Director of Finance Operations for MEA-APAC, with the flexibility to base in Singapore or Bangkok. The role collaborates with regional leaders, guiding hotel finance teams and implementing rigorous financial processes to maximise profitability across multiple properties.

The candidate will oversee financial reporting, audits, and cross-functional finance projects while developing talent for succession planning in a dynamic luxury hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Background in Hotel Operation Finance at senior level.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems and USALI standards.
• Experience with audits and internal controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly hotel reports and forecasts and provide feedback.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with hotels' executive committees.
• Drive revenue opportunities and profitability for hotels.
• Ensure compliance with management contracts and financial processes across properties.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and audit action plans.
• Mentor and develop finance teams within the region.
