Responsibilities

• Led regional finance operations, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, reporting, and governance.
• Developed and executed financial strategies to support regional business objectives and expansion plans.
• Managed budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Prepared and presented management and financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitored financial performance, analyzed variances, and recommended corrective actions.
• Ensured compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Guided and supported local finance teams, driving best practices and operational improvements.
• Spearheaded cost optimization, cash flow, and working capital initiatives.
• Partnered with senior management and JV partners on strategic planning, investments, M&A, and risk management.
• Oversaw internal and external audits and liaised with regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA / CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred.
