Job summary

Rhenus Logistics is seeking a Regional FCL Capacity Assistant Manager to support developing the ocean product, expand carrier portfolio, drive initiatives, and gain market insights.

You will lead product development, manage KPI reporting in Qlik Sense, and coordinate with APAC teams to align strategy. The role emphasizes strong English communication, analytical skills, and proactive collaboration to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• At least 1 year of professional experience outside of an academic and internship setting, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle high growth and complex business challenges.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and translate long-term product strategies into executable projects and products.
• Drive strategic and operational projects to support global ocean freight teams at local and regional levels.
• Define and evaluate wireframes, and work with development teams on project requests.
