Job summary

RTB House is seeking an Events & Regional Marketing Projects Manager for GAR. You will drive planning and execution of owned events, external industry events, and client-focused marketing initiatives across Asia. Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, HQ Marketing, and Regional PR to deliver high-impact campaigns.

The role emphasizes hands-on event execution, content coordination, and cross-market stakeholder management to grow client engagement and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience in B2B tech/digital/advertising or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing owned and external events.
• Strong ability to create content and materials for sales meetings, events, webinars, or panels.
• Experience working regionally across multiple markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize RTB House owned events (Day, meetings, workshops, roundtables).
• Coordinate participation in external industry events (sponsorships, speaking, invites).
• Manage event workstreams: timelines, budgets, venues, vendors, registrations, speakers, on-site execution.
