Responsibilities
- Develop annual and quarterly digital marketing roadmaps for Singapore and Malaysia.
- Define brand positioning, audience segments, and campaign priorities aligned with premium branding goals.
- Translate corporate objectives into local marketing plans with measurable KPIs and deliverables.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Manage marketing budget to ensure strong ROI and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing (Content) for message consistency and creative quality.
- Lead weekly performance reviews and continuous campaign optimization based on data insights.
- Drive the digitization of the full marketing-to-sales funnel, from lead generation to aftersales.
- Integrate key platforms such as HubSpot, GA4, Data Studio, Meta CRM, and POS/e-commerce into one unified dashboard.
- Implement lead scoring, CRM tagging, and marketing attribution to link marketing spend with sales performance.
- Build co-marketing partnerships with premium brands such as Atome, Bosch, and other lifestyle collaborators.
- Develop showroom activations, joint campaigns, and influencer collaborations to increase reach and conversions.
- Build and manage monthly dashboards tracking marketing performance, budget utilization, and ROAS.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking (e.g., Kohler, Grohe, Hansgrohe, TOTO).
- Lead post-campaign reviews to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the Malaysia marketing team (Strategist, Assistant, Designers) and ensure strong collaboration with Singapore HQ.
- Manage designer workload and ensure all campaigns meet deadlines and business priorities.
- Cultivate a data-driven and creative team culture across regional marketing functions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in digital strategy, growth marketing, or brand management.
- Proven success in managing multi-market campaigns with budgets exceeding SGD 500K.
- Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Business Center, GA4, HubSpot, and automation tools.
- Experience in leading cross-border teams and collaborating with creative, sales, and IT departments.
- Strategic, analytical, and commercially minded with strong communication and leadership skills.
