A leading global technology company in the optical and medical device industry is seeking a Regional Demand Planner to join its APAC operations, headquartered in Singapore. This role plays a key part in regional demand planning, inventory optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration across multiple markets.

• Lead monthly demand reviews and analyze market trends to forecast product needs
• Align forecasts across countries, business units, and finance teams
• Maintain accurate demand data and drive improvements in forecast accuracy
• Identify risks in sales forecasts and budgets, and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage inventory replenishment and ensure supply continuity across locations
• Optimize stock levels while minimizing scrap and meeting service KPIs
• Monitor forecast accuracy and service levels, driving continuous improvement
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to understand demand drivers
• Support product lifecycle planning for the APAC region

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience
• Strong skills in demand forecasting, MRP systems, and SAP/S4 (preferred)
• Experience in inventory optimization and cost‑saving strategies
• Background in medical devices or similar industry is a plus
• APICS certification preferred
