FMG is seeking a data analytics professional to build and maintain SEA buying dashboards, analyze sales, inventory, and profitability across SEA markets. You will provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and identify opportunities and risks through data analysis.
You will support assortment planning with SKU/category analysis and develop demand forecasts to guide buying and inventory planning.
-Build and maintain buying dashboards for SEA business performance.
Analyze sales, inventory, sell-through, markdown, replenishment and profitability across all SEA markets.
-Provide weekly, monthly and seasonal business/buying performance reports with actionable insights.
Identify sales opportunities, product risks and inventory issues through data analysis.
-Support assortment planning by providing SKU, category, color, size and price architecture analysis.
-Track new product performance and recommend optimization strategies.
-Conduct country comparisons and benchmark performance across SEA markets.
-Develop demand forecasts to support buying and inventory planning.
-Partner with HQ BI/Data teams to improve reporting efficiency and dashboard automation.
-Ensure data accuracy and consistency across business reports.
-Support ad hoc business analysis requested by Product, Buying and Management teams.
-Translate complex data into clear business/buying recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements :
-Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within fashion retail, FMCG or e-commerce.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, Index-Match).
-Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI visualization tools.
-Experience writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
-Familiarity with Python or R is an advantage.
-Understanding of retail merchandising KPIs is highly preferred.
-Able to communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders.
-Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred for collaboration with HQ.
