Job summary

  • Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial management.
  • Experience in multinational corporations or fast-paced industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Produce timely and accurate financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop financial plans including budgets and forecasts.
  • Review and interpret financial data to assess the company’s current and future financial health.
  • Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Uphold the integrity and precision of all financial records.
  • Reconcile bank transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll-related entries.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, legal regulations, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate and assist in both internal and external audit activities.
  • Compile audit documentation and address auditor queries.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and enhance accounting procedures.
  • Contribute to ERP system upgrades and migrations.
  • Implement automation for routine accounting functions where applicable.
  • Provide training and support to junior accounting team members.
  • Work closely with departments such as finance, operations, and HR on financial matters.
