Job description

We are currently partnered with a renowned, global MNC within the maritime industry. They have a strong global footprint and are currently looking to add an Regional Compliance Manager (APAC) to their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the effective implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with global compliance programs.
  • Manage due diligence processes and address Gifts and Entertainment (G&E) matters.
  • Identify risks, conduct monitoring and reviews, and perform investigations related to compliance issues.
  • Design and deliver tailored compliance training programs across various business functions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Role Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, AML certifications ideal
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment with effective time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
