ING WB Asia Internship Programme 2027 in Singapore offers hands-on exposure within the Compliance team, focusing on policy updates, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll work with a cross-functional group, learning how regulatory topics are managed in a wholesale bank context.

The 6-month internship (January–June) provides onboarding, project showcases, and mentorship, with opportunities to apply web programming know-how to support local/regional compliance initiatives.

Mansioni

• Assist in updating and maintaining local/regional compliance framework/policies/procedures, including but not limited to, Individual Accountability and Conduct, and Related Parties Transaction.
• Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) rollout for Compliance policies.
• Assist in rollout of mandatory Compliance trainings.
• Assist the Singapore Compliance team on any ad hoc projects arising from ordinary course of business.
