About the Company

Our Client is a leading global logistics and supply chain solutions provider, offering end-to-end transport services

across air, sea, and land modes.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven Regional Commercial Lead to lead regional growth and profitability through

structured business development, pricing strategy, and solution design.

  • Support cross-border logistics opportunities, strengthens internal alignment across markets, and develops scalable commercial processes;
  • Drive revenue growth and profit margin improvement across regional transportation markets;
  • Lead solution design and pricing strategy for large-scale, multi-country logistics projects;
  • Collaborate with sales and sector teams to develop tailored solutions and grow the business pipeline;
  • Support key client meetings for strategic opportunities;
  • Develop efficient and digitalised sales and pricing workflows to enable business scalability;
  • Contribute to product innovation through market feedback and customer insights;
  • Implement revenue management practices including pricing adjustments and surcharge frameworks.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in business, logistics or any relevant discipline would be an advantage;
  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience in the logistics or transportation industry, with regional exposure;
  • Driven and sales-oriented mindset, with strong business acumen;
  • Ability to identify opportunities, build rapport with relevant stakeholders, and negotiate business deals to achieve desired outcomes;
  • Strong customer focus, process-driven with good attention to detail;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple opportunities concurrently;
  • Excellent understanding of business culture in the Southeast Asia and APAC region.
