Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking an Associate Director, Regional Clinical Study Management (SEA) to lead the regional portfolio and teams across Southeast Asia. You will set strategy, govern study delivery, manage budgets and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, while partnering with cross-functional functions to optimize site engagement and enrollment.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in clinical operations, 3–5 years in people management, and a strong background in oncology/hematology trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in life sciences or related field, with advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive clinical operations experience in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• 8+ years leading regional or global clinical trials and 3–5 years people management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the rCSM function in SEA.
• Lead a high-performing team of BeOne and FSP Regional Clinical Study Managers.
• Oversee portfolio governance, budgeting, timelines, and quality across regional studies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant study execution.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the region.
