Regional Channel Manager in Junson Capital (SG Office)

Job Title: Regional Channel Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Partner & Channel Manager to accelerate Junson - AInsightFlow’s global growth through strategic partnerships and channel expansion. Focus on Asia initially, expanding to Middle East, Europe, and North America.

This is a hands‑on, growth‑focused role where you will develop and manage our partner ecosystem, drive revenue through channel sales, and support go‑to‑market activities with key strategic partners.

You will work closely with distributors, OEMs, system integrators (SIs), and enterprise solution providers to grow our business, expand market presence, and support enterprise adoption of our intelligent document processing platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Recruitment & Development
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (SI, VAR, OEM, ISV) across target regions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, partnership structures, and joint business plans with partners.
  • Build and manage a robust partner pipeline with clear revenue targets and predictable contribution to ARR.
  • Co‑sell with partners into enterprise accounts and drive partner‑led revenue growth.
  • Deliver partner enablement materials such as sales decks, demo toolkits, training resources, and pricing guides.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and joint planning sessions with partners.
  • Plan and execute joint go‑to‑market initiatives such as events, webinars, case studies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to increase brand visibility through partner ecosystems.
  • Support partner‑led enterprise opportunities including RFP/RFI responses, compliance documentation, and solution positioning.
  • Facilitate coordination between partner and internal teams for complex customer projects.
  • Maintain accurate partner pipeline data, forecasts, and revenue reports.
  • Provide regular insights and updates to the executive team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development within SaaS / enterprise software / automation / IDP / OCR sectors.
  • Proven success in recruiting, managing, and scaling channel partnerships with measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, partnership models, and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Experience executing joint sales motions and co‑marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Language: Proficient in English. Ability to speak Mandarin is required for communication with China‑based partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, adaptable, and comfortable building playbooks from the ground up.
