A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Regional Campaign & AI Marketing Transformation Manager to redefine marketing strategies through AI and traditional expertise. The candidate will work closely with both global and regional stakeholders to enhance campaign effectiveness and localization. As the Regional Campaign and AI Marketing Transformation Manager, you will redefine how marketing campaigns are planned and executed across JAPAC by combining traditional campaign marketing expertise with an AI-first mindset. You will create and operationalize AI-driven workflows that enhance speed, scale, and personalization — while infusing human creativity and regional expertise. This role sits within the JAPAC Centre of Excellence and partners with global campaign teams and JAPAC stakeholders across field marketing, ABM/CXO programs, customer advocacy, industry marketing, and volume marketing to translate global campaigns into JAPAC-ready initiatives, ensuring campaigns are always-on, scalable, and localized for country-specific languages and cultural nuances. This role is ideal for a hands-on, forward-looking marketer who thrives in both execution and experimentation, and can elevate traditional demand generation by embedding AI into strategy, execution, and optimization.
