About the Role

This role, reporting directly to the General Manager, oversees regional strategy and commercial performance for independent watch brands across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. You will lead brand development, optimise distribution and marketing execution, and coordinate closely with brand principals and cross-functional teams to strengthen retail performance, protect brand equity and drive sustainable growth.

Brand Leadership & Regional Strategy
  • Champion the heritage, craftsmanship and identity of independent watch brands, ensuring strong brand presence across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
  • Shape and drive regional commercial and brand strategies that enhance visibility, desirability and long-term brand equity in each market.
  • Assess market landscapes and retail environments to identify strategic opportunities that strengthen sell-in, sell-out and overall category performance.
Commercial Performance & Distribution Excellence
  • Oversee the regional distribution and channel strategy for independent brands, ensuring optimal market coverage while preserving brand exclusivity and positioning.
  • Partner with retail and wholesale teams to elevate sell-out performance, including assortment planning, performance reviews and implementation of retail KPIs.
  • Lead forecasting, demand planning and inventory control, ensuring stock health, timely replenishment and alignment with commercial goals and product lifecycle.
Marketing Activation & Retail Experience
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to shape and localise 360° marketing plans across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, covering product launches, A&P initiatives, boutique activations and brand campaigns.
  • Provide strategic brand direction and ensure all marketing deliverables align with each brand’s identity, positioning and global guidelines.
  • Guide markets on key priorities for client engagement, CRM opportunities and activation needs, ensuring strong execution across all touchpoints.
Insights & Business Intelligence
  • Analyse regional sales trends, competitor movements and category shifts to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and local markets.
  • Deliver monthly business reviews covering market performance, retail KPIs, inventory status, risks, opportunities and strategic priorities.
Principal Partnership & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the key regional liaison with independent brand principals and HQ counterparts on commercial, marketing, product and operational matters.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams—including retail operations, inventory, marketing and finance—to ensure seamless end-to-end brand execution across markets.
  • Oversee the after-sales service framework for independent brands, ensuring service quality meets luxury standards and enhances client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in brand management, commercial management, or marketing within the luxury, watchmaking, or premium lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with a refined command of spoken and written English; additional Asian languages an advantage.
  • Proven experience managing regional markets, balancing commercial acumen with brand guardianship.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with retail KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Naturally polished, collaborative, and poised, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders in a luxury environment.
  • Highly organized, independent, and meticulous, with a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and brand storytelling.
