A leading luxury goods company is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for its Skin Care and Makeup categories in Singapore. The candidate will lead the product strategy for the Abeille Royale franchise, collaborate with regional teams, and ensure alignment with the company's brand image. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are required, along with at least 5 years of experience in the Beauty industry. This is a full-time position without remote work options.

Support in adaptation ofHQ business and productstrategiesfor APACcontext to achieve business KPIS. CollaboratecloselywithProduct Marketing team lead andFragrance category managerto orchestrate consistent 3-axis product strategies in APAC.
Supporting theannual marketing calendars alignmentwith HQ and APACforsynergies.
Regional recommendations for novelty forecastsand supervision of the whole forecast processat regional level andwith the markets.
Definition of the assortment per zone (Travel Retail & Local Markets) and follow-up with Supply and local teams.
Communication ofnew marketinglaunches updates novelty performances Trade & visual plans visual & videoadaptationand theirsubsequentaction plans to theoperationalteams.
Collaborate with regional function counterpartstoguide andvalidatelaunch plansmonitorexecutionand results.
Responsible for budget and follow-up ofsamples GWP & Merchandising expensesproduct assortment in / out listingwhile providingguidance tothe local teams.
Responsible fornovelty pricing liaisonwith HQ Pricing teams APAC TR & LM markets for make-up & festival new products.
Lead regionalproduction of Marketinglevers as local market & travel retail launch support(egretailtainmentactivities leaflets retailer booklets visuals local sets).
Regular product marketing and category insights to support innovation strategies.
Competitor monitoring and analysis
Collaborate with APAC Visual Merchandising team on planograms and franchise priorities as well as guidance for Trade podium designs.
Guide and developmonthly visuals and POS films including Chinese adaptations for Travel Retail.
Collaborate with the RegionalConsumer Marketingteams to ensureconsistent product strategies and holistic launch campaignacross allconsumer engagement activitiesfromvisual guidanceeventing VM PR communications E-businessetc
Report to Senior Product Marketing Manager (3-Axis) for APAC TR & APAC
Supervisionofa marketing executiveonFestival animation.
MinimumBachelors Degree in business management.
Fluent in English
Reading andwrittenMandarinisrequired.
Excellent Microsoft Windows skills (OutlookExcel & PowerPoint).
Sensitive to data
Minimum5years of experience in the Beauty industry luxury retail experience is preferrable
Excellentcommunication skills (with multicultural teams French HQ regionaland localcounterparts).
