The opportunity

Cartamundi Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Regional Administration Executive to join their team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the regional sales office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Liaise with the customer or distributor about orders and needs
  • Communicate with our different factories globally about customer requirements such as product development, pricing, terms of delivery and payment.
  • Manage all logistical aspects of an order: issue proforma, purchase order and invoice. Liaise with forwarders.
  • Input data/forecasting in our SAP system
  • Follow up on payments and with production to make sure deliveries are done timely and according to expectations
  • Local warehouse stock management, with periodic in-person visits for physical stock counts, inventory accuracy checks and order prepping as needed.
What we’re looking for
  • Preferable Diploma or University degree, or 5 years equivalent work experience
  • Ability to assimilate quickly with a meticulous eye for detail, communicate independently with customers, respond to changes in demands and customer needs
  • Well organized, reliable and able to get things done while handling multiple priorities
  • Pro‑active, take initiative.
  • Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international transactions/logistics an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or CRM database (Salesforce) an advantage
  • Multiple languages an advantage
