Job summary

Dada Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Accountant to lead end-to-end finance operations across Singapore and overseas entities. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with group reporting standards in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

The role requires strong IFRS/SFRS knowledge, multi-jurisdictional tax experience, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders. A Big 4 background is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 and in-house finance.
• Strong knowledge of local and international financial reporting standards (SFRS/IFRS) and multi-jurisdictional tax.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain accounting standards across Singapore and overseas entities in compliance with local regulations and IFRS/SFRS.
• Oversee general ledger, consolidation reporting, and statutory filings.
• Ensure timely financial reporting to meet local entity and group-level requirements.
• Support the integration of subsidiary accounts into the group's centralised accounting framework.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to implement and refine financial systems for overseas entities.
• Manage tax declarations and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with project and business teams to provide data-driven financial analysis for strategic planning.
• Drive improvements to financial processes, controls, and reporting workflows.

Accountant

to join their finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end financial operations across local and international entities, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with group reporting standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations, includinggeneral ledgermanagement, consolidation reporting, and statutory filings
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to meet local entity and group-level requirements
• Support the integration of subsidiary accounts into the group's centralised accounting framework
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement and refine financial systems tailored to the needs of overseas entities
• Manage tax declarations and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, serving as a key liaison between finance and relevant authorities
• Partner with project and business teams to provide data-driven financial analysis that informs strategic planning and commercial decision-making
• Continuously identify and drive improvements to financial processes, controls, and reporting workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; experience in the technology, gaming, or other fast-paced industries(is a bonus)
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally with a combination ofBig 4 public accountingand in-house corporate finance exposure
• Strong proficiency in financial tools and software, including advancedExceland PowerPoint
• Solid knowledge of local and international financial reporting standards (e.g. SFRS, IFRS) and multi-jurisdictional tax compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous professional development and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
